Riders
1. The youngest race participant accepted is 15, though it is frowned upon.
2. No female riders may be pregnant at the time they choose to race.
3. At the riders' festival, riders are to declare official entry and choice of mount at the top of the cliffs with their name, their horse or Capall's name, and the phrase: By my blood.
Horses
1. Jockeys must declare their mount by the end of the first week at the Scorpio Festival riders' parade.
2. Swapping of mounts after that date is not permitted.
3. The training of all Capall Uisce and horses alike is to be done within 150 feet of the shoreline.
