PLEASE note: while images will be optional, it is still preferred that you type up a reasonable description of your character and/or create and ORIGINAL drawing, using your imagination. No 'she/he looks like so-and-so' with no other description will be accepted. Please and thank you. Also, make sure the claim you would like is not taken by somebody else, IF you choose to make one. If a person has been off for an extended amount of time with no word given, though, it is possible that you could recieve the claim.
