Here is the horse/Capall Uisce app. Your characters can choose to have, or not to have a horse/Capall when it comes down to race day, however they must have one to compete. Spectators may still have a regular horse as a pet. It is also to be posted under the Applications [Open] section to be approved. Thanks!
