Appearance:Phoenix is five foot two and wears her blonde hair according to the season, she cuts it off in September to below her ears and lets it grow out the rest of the year. She has hazel eyes.

History: Phoenix grew up on the island. Her father and grandfather were both racers and it's in her blood. She's the first girl in her family to race though. It will be her second year racing while she didn't place last year she made a stint at being one of the youngest female racers to race and plans to try and win this coming year. Both of her parents died at a young age and she was raised b her aunt who died when she was seventeen and then inherited her book store.
